NotifyHero offers flexible pricing tiers to match your needs, from personal use to enterprise deployments.

Available Tiers

Visit app.notifyhero.com and go to Account > Billing to see current tier options and pricing.

Tiers typically include limits on:

  • Daily messages
  • File attachment storage
  • Phone call notifications
  • SMS notifications
  • Topic reservations
  • Organization members

Free Tier

The free tier includes:

  • Generous daily message limits
  • Basic attachment support
  • Web and mobile notifications
  • Public topics

Perfect for personal projects and testing.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to app.notifyhero.com
  2. Navigate to Account > Billing
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Select your desired tier
  5. Complete payment via Stripe

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Usage

Check your current usage against tier limits in Account > Billing.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

  1. Go to Account > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new tier

Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Billing Portal

Access the Stripe billing portal to:

  • Update payment methods
  • Download invoices
  • View billing history
  • Cancel subscription

Click Manage Billing in your account settings.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Some regional payment methods (varies by location)

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Account > Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. Select Cancel Subscription

You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
