Plans

Free — $0/forever

Everything you need to get started:

Team — $9/user/month

For growing teams that need full coverage:

  • Unlimited users

  • 3 status pages with custom domain

Business — $19/user/month

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
  2. Select your new plan
  3. Enter payment details (if not already on file)
  4. The upgrade takes effect immediately

When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days.


Billing Portal

Manage everything at Settings → Billing:

  • Current plan — see your plan and usage
  • Payment method — add or update credit card
  • Invoices — download past invoices as PDF
  • Usage — SMS count, user count, status page count

Invoices

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month. Download from the billing portal or receive via email.

Invoices include:

  • Plan charges (per-user)
  • SMS overage (if applicable)
  • Any add-ons or one-time charges
  • Tax (where applicable)

Annual Billing

Pay annually and save 20%:

Overage: $0.03 per SMS beyond your plan's allowance. Phone calls: $0.05 per minute.


FAQ

Can I try a paid plan before committing? Yes — every paid plan has a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

What happens if I downgrade? You keep access until the end of your billing cycle. Features beyond the new plan's limits become read-only.

Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts? Yes. Email sales@notifyhero.com with details about your organization.

Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card? Enterprise plans support custom invoicing with NET-30 terms.
